inquiry and booking
Within 24-hours of your inquiry, I will respond regarding availability. Being a great fit as your wedding photographer is very important to me and consider it my "most important thing". I love to learn more about my couples and will request to schedule a consultation. I love a good old school phone call, but also offer Zoom, FaceTime or if you're in Orlando, we can meet face to face. Meetings are typically scheduled Monday - Thursday before/after office editing time and or photo sessions. Before our meeting please review our collections, FAQ's and galleries. I am very transparent and want you to feel informed. During our meeting we will discuss your wedding vision- I want to know all about "what is most important to you" and "what are you most excited about" besides the obvious. From there, we will chat about my approach to photographing your and your partner, I have a candid-organic-prompted-posed-hybrid-fun-style (I made that up). My goal is to capture you as you are, your organic personalities and beautiful relationship. We will briefly discuss your timeline- most couples have months to make decisions on the details. It just gives me a feel of your day and allows us to make recommendations on coverage time . Once you decide that MFP is Your Wedding Photographer, I will send you a digital contract and invoice for the non-refundable deposit/booking fee ($500). The signed contract and booking fee holds your date. My booking process is straight forward, upfront, and free of surprises.
02/
engagement session
I highly recommend an engagement session- it is a great opportunity for us to get to know each other, get the wedding day photo-jitters out and to capture you and your partner. I approach these sessions the same way I do on your wedding day – to capture you organically and have fun. At this session, we become wedding bff's, I get to learn more about you two, your relationship and what makes you laugh! Let's select the perfect location and go from there. I'll help you plan the perfect outfits too! Ask about which collection includes an engagement session.
03/
planning
As your wedding gets closer I will touch base with you or your wedding planner/coordinator to go over your timeline and work out all the details. We will make sure photography blends in to your day seamlessly so that the focus stays on the wedding and celebration. This allows us to keep our work centered around documenting you and your guests naturally and effortlessly. Your full balance is due the day of your wedding.
04/
the celebration
It's your wedding day!!! You and your family have our full focus. I will be seeking real organic moments, highlight relationships and capture the excitement of your day. I will capture what you see, and what you don't see. When booking a second photographer, you will be excited when you see all the memories from 2 different angles.
05/
post wedding
I am always so sad when the wedding day is over and hope our couples will keep in touch. After hours of planning, prepping and capturing your day, the work isn't over. We will be backing up our files; twice. The following weeks we will precisely color correct your images and preparing your beautiful online gallery in the Mary Fosky Photography aesthetic. Within a week of your wedding, we will send a few sneak peeks. Eight weeks after your wedding day your online gallery will be completed. You may download your images, if you’d like a beautiful print for a frame, you can make an order directly from the online gallery. For those who purchase an album, we’ll select photos and create a custom design that completes your wedding story. Galleries are hosted for downloading for 90 days after delivery.
